Meet Allie Michelle!
Hey Y’all! My name is Allie Michelle and I am an artist and creative entrepreneur!
I am currently a senior student at the Univeristy of South Carolina (Go Cocks!!) I have always had a passion for art, travel, photography; basically all things creative. That’s what led me here. I wanted to create a platform where I could share my art with the world! This site will be a place of love and expressiveness, featuring my work across multiple respects.
As a former competitive figure skater, athletics and fitness was always a part of my life. After earning my Certified Personal Trainer title from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I worked with clients and sports teams to bring health and fitness to as many people as I could! I have wanted to incorporate that into my career for a long time, and this platform will allow me to do just that.
My love for traveling started wayyy back when… I was on my first flight at 6 months old, and I haven’t stopped since! Growing up, I was able to travel for skating competitions, which is what really sparked my passion for going somewhere new. I went on my first international trip at 16 years old with a group from my high school. We did a 10-day tour of France and Monaco. That trip was what really ignited the fire in me to see other countries, cultures, and ways of life.
In school, I have studied writing and alongside that have found a love for photography. So naturally, I found a way to combine all of the things I love into one, and into a way that I can share with the world!
Before finding my love for travel writing/blogging, I worked in the athletics department at my home university in public relations and communications. When I moved back to Charlotte, I worked as a Certified Personal Trainer as well as own another business (I still do both of those)!
My goal is to inspire people to explore this crazy beautiful world we live in, and to live life how they want to live rather than based on societal rules. So far, at 21 years old, I have explored 27 states and 12 countries, and I have SO much more to go!
