Travel Workout You Can Do Anywhere

Have you ever been on the road traveling and wanted to exercise but weren’t quite sure what to do? Trust me, I’ve been there and it can be frustrating. Well, look no further! This is a full-body, no equipment, travel workout that you can do ANYWHERE (even in a hotel room or on a beach)! You don’t have to worry about finding a gym or mountain to hike, these exercises are great for anyone in the family to do.

Here are some great stretches to do while traveling or after a workout! Also, a few tips to stay fit while traveling

Air Squats (add weight if desired and available)
